The building’s detailed façade and memorable ‘wing’ roof element makes a bold statement along Ponce de Leon Ave, while rooftop decks afford skyline views of both Midtown and Downtown. The Leon provides a charismatic addition on a formerly vacant lot, just a block away from the most active enclave of the Atlanta Beltline.

S HOUSE was the building designer on this modern infill project. Responsibilities included the architectural schematic design of the entire project - both the exterior and interior of the building design and the selection of all finishes for the project.
