Ponce Place Modern

A sculptural, modern home perched atop a steep embankment, the design of the home at Ponce Place incorporates an open, free-flowing floor plan along with ample use of outdoor spaces organized about the home’s west-facing orientation.

A delicate, wood-screen wall encloses the second floor of the front elevation and provides a balance between views to the sweeping Midtown Atlanta skyline and the need for privacy from the street below. 

The interplay of indoor and outdoor space is reflected at the building’s exterior by utilizing carefully orchestrated modern forms and materials, thus allowing for optimum living areas without imparting imposing scale for such a spacious home that must resolve itself on a modest lot with challenging building constraints.
