S HOUSE was the building designer on this modern townhome project set in the ongoing revitalization of the venerable Ormewood Park neighborhood. In addition to the architectural schematic design of the entire project S House was responsible for the selection of all finishes.

Each unit makes the most of its footprint. Rising from the basement garage and lower flex room, the open living space and private rooftop encourages a connection with the outdoors. The building distinguishes itself from its neighbors with its unconventional form and alluringly deep color palette.
