The Developer provided a centrally located access pathway to the Beltline with a unique, timber-framed Pavilion, custom-built for residents of the community. During the initial site- clearing phase of this project, the Developer had the largest fallen trees site-milled and are used to construct the massive timber base structure.

The open, timber-trussed roof structure is comprised of repurposed material reclaimed during demolition from former projects. And of course, no pavilion would be complete without a bocce ball court.
