A modern home situated on a narrow street corner lot further challenged by rigorous building setbacks and high visibility from the adjacent busy intersection. Stacking the program vertically allowed for a piano nobile-style, open-plan main floor living area and wrap-around deck one level above the street - providing just the right amount of privacy without fostering isolation. The home’s modern form with flat roof design is the perfect location for the roomy rooftop deck set high in the tree canopy four levels up from the hustle-bustle of the streetscape below.
